eGift Card Terms & Conditions

  1. Use of eGift Card

    • The eGift Card can only be used for domestic cleaning services, including regular cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleans, and deep cleans.

    • It cannot be used for commercial cleaning or any other services not explicitly mentioned.
       

  2. Booking Requirements

    • The eGift Card must be quoted at the time of booking to be redeemed.

    • A minimum booking of 2 hours per visit applies at a rate of £18.00 per hour.

    • Bookings are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
       

  3. eGift Card Validity

    • The eGift Card is valid for the period specified at the time of purchase. Expired eGift Cards will not be accepted.

    • It is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

    • The eGift Card is non-transferable and can only be used by the recipient unless otherwise agreed with Elliotts Cleaning Services.
       

  4. Cancellation Policy

    • If a booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, Elliotts Cleaning Services reserves the right to deduct the value of a 2-hour minimum booking from the eGift Card balance. Any additional balance due is payable by bank transfer as per terms and conditions of booking.
       

  5. Remaining Balance & Partial Use

    • If the service cost exceeds the eGift Card balance, the recipient must pay the remaining amount.

    • If the service cost is less than the eGift Card balance, the remaining balance can be used for future bookings, provided the card is still valid.
       

  6. Other Terms

    • Elliotts Cleaning Services reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.

    • Misuse or fraudulent activity involving the eGift Card may result in cancellation without refund.

    • By using the eGift Card, the recipient agrees to these terms and conditions.
